Calling all bloggers, crafters and any one who wants to help. Hurricane Sandy made a mess of things and today I am helping a friend, get the word out concerning an auction she is setting up. This auction is to help provide assistance to Sandy Victims.
Here is Lauren from Tutus and Tea Parties
It’s heartbreaking to hear of tragedy, but it really hits you hard when it’s in your own backyard! We were so fortunate to have had no damage (other than some down trees like the one in the photo), but others lost family members, homes, cars, and so many memories. I am setting up an auction, as a fundraiser to help those who have lost so much.
Do you have something you’d like to donate? It can be anything from a handmade item to ad space on your blog! Please take a moment to fill out this form. The auction will be posted on Tutus and Tea Parties (my blog) on Sunday November 11th and will be open for a week. All the proceeds made from the auction will be donated to Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts.
I’d like to thank the other wonderful ladies helping to promote this fundraising event:
- Earning My Cape
- Pam’s Party Planning
- Satisfaction Through Christ
- Natural Living Mama
- Two Sasters
- Life With Love Bugs
Other ways to help Sandy Victims:
- Make it Better Craftalong for Sandy Relief
- Purchase the “Want to know something awesome, I can handle anything.” print from Yellow Heart Art
- Crochet, Knit & Sew Your Way to Help Victims of Hurricane Sandy
Don’t forget to come back Sunday and see what’s up for grabs in the auction!
I link up at these Parties!

Hello, my name is Kendra. I am married to an amazing young man
named Jason, whom I lovingly call hubby when I’m writing. The only way I could ever explain our relationship is to use words like: crazy, silly, funny… well you get the point. He’s perfect for me!
