If you didn’t get a clue from the title, let me fill you in. Instead of being Fitness Friday, it should be Frustrated Friday!

After last weeks post, I decided that I needed to step it up a bit and do the work out every day this week. Here’s a quick run down for you.
- Saturday was great, I took the DVD back to the group home I work at and did it up there with them.
- Sunday… Not so great, in fact we were gone all day. We went to two birthday parties. That means not only did I NOT work out, I also ate cake and ice cream. (should I insert a frownie or smiley here?)
- Monday I had a certain Aunt come to call, we do not get along well at all. No work out.
- Tuesday I pushed myself and did the work out. But not much else in the way of physical activity.
- Wednesday I had over 6 hours of cleaning to do between two different houses. By the time I got home, the mixture of soreness over Tuesdays work out, that aunt that wouldn’t leave, and 6 hours of cleaning left me with no energy or oomph to do anything.
- Thursday, went better. I took the two year old out in the stroller for ten minutes. Walked to the store to mail out some-one’s giveaway winnings (A shout-out to the Fontenot Four!) Plus the DVD workout.
- Today (Friday) we will just have to see….
Besides everything being a total challenge this week. I got brave enough to step on the scales Tuesday night. Guess what? I lost one pound and my temper! I didn’t lose any inches either, although I may have lost my tape. I don’t remember where I threw it during my 5 minute tantrum!
*sigh*
Okay, rant over.
On the bright side. I had healthy snacks with me everyday except Wednesday. So I only bought one no-so-healthy snack this week. That’s a step up from eating 2-3 not-so-healthy snacks, right?
This is the third Fitness Friday on my month long challenge with ShapelyGirl Fitness and Debra Mazda. I will come back soon and add the linky where we are all linking up. Hopefully the others are having better results than I.
And don’t worry. When I get mad, I fight harder. Fat: You better start praying because you ARE coming off!
Here is the linky so you can see how the rest of our group is doing!
I link up at these Parties!

Hello, my name is Kendra. I am married to an amazing young man
named Jason, whom I lovingly call hubby when I’m writing. The only way I could ever explain our relationship is to use words like: crazy, silly, funny… well you get the point. He’s perfect for me!

LOL, isn’t that how it is! Goodness girl, how many jobs do you work? Babysit, group home, Melalucau, Blog, Cleaning jobs……wowzers….you must have LOTS of energy young gal!

on Monday you should’ve asked Auntie to work out with you
and then done it anyways, lol

Um, after 6 hours of cleaning, I wouldn’t be doing anything but zoning out. That’s a workout in and of itself. lol! I’m just tired thinking about it.

Good Heavens, girl, I’m disappointed FOR you! You are working so hard! Well, the good news is your metabolism must be speading up, so as it keeps coming off (hey, you lost your first pound girl, don’t forget that!), I’m guessing that it will go wild coming off!

It sounds like you are motivated despite being frustrated. I hope next week is better for you.

Thanks Jennifer, I know I’m not the only one hitting a wall with this so it helps that I’m not alone.
I love your writing! As the other gal said you should of invited your aunt to work out with you – she probably would of left several hours earlier than she did. Hmmmm
You are frustrated with the weight loss? Have you tried to do measurements only – or compare how loose your clothes are now.
Here’s to having a powerful week! ~ Tina ‘the book lady’
BTW – you want to come clean my place?

10. We are being challenged to move 100 miles by April 25th at work. I have only walked and done organized fitness classes last week. I have 20 miles. I will be running full-time again next week as my first 5K is coming up. I should hit 100 miles by early March. I love free stuff so why not let it help motivate me!
