Baked Potato Peels ~ Eat Your Veggies (skins!)
After trying these baked potato peels, you will never toss your potato peels into the garbage again!

  • potato peels
  • butter or oil
  • salt
  • optional seasonings
  1. Scrub potatoes well before peeling.
  2. Use a knife for thicker peels and a peeler for thinner peels.
  3. Toss peels in a very small amount of melted butter or oil.
  4. Layer peels on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and/or seasonings
  5. Bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes.
