A simple and delicious drink full of nutrients and sure to delight. This homemade eggnog recipe is the perfect pick-me-up in the afternoon or a great way to start your day in the morning!

Serves: 2.5 cups
  • 1½ cups whole milk (raw is best)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon each of ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
  • Additional nutmeg for the top (optional)
  1. Place everything in the blender and blend on high until frothy.
  2. Serve immediately sprinkled with additional ground nutmeg
