How to Make Mushroom Soup

Serves: 2 cups
  • 3T Butter
  • 3T flour
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup dry, mushrooms, Or ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms, Or small can of mushrooms.
  • ¼ teas. celery powder
  • ¼ teas. onion powder
  • ¼ teas garlic powder
  • 1 teas. salt.
  1. Melt butter on medium heat, then stir in flour.
  2. Add in mushrooms and seasoning, stir well. (If you are using dried mushrooms, be sure to crumble them a bit.)
  3. Pour milk over it all, turn heat to med-hi and stir until thick and bubbly.
This soup is incredibly yummy. The onion, garlic and celery powders are all natural flavor enhancers and they make your mushroom soup taste better than anything you can buy in the store!
