Total time
Serves: 9x13
  • 3# of hamburger
  • 1 13oz can of evaporated milk
  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
Amazing Sauce
  • dash of onion powder
  • 2 cups of ketchup (I like the organic brand found at Meijer)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon liquid smoke (optional)
  1. Mix together until well blended and form into 1-2 in. meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs into 9x13 glass baking dish. This recipe will completely fill your pan, making it an ideal meal for large families.
  3. Make sauce and pour over meatballs.
If you have a smaller family and don't want to be eating left-overs, or if you just want to make a freezer meal, it's easy to do. Line a cookie sheet with dry wax paper and put your raw, unbaked meatballs on it. Freeze for 4-6 hours, then place in freezer bags. The sauce can be poured into a freezer bag or container and frozen as well. Use within 2 months.
