Hello dear readers, I hope you had a great weekend and are reading to dive into a new week! I did have a great weekend, but not so sure about the ready for a new week part. 😉 What’s new there, right?
Before I get to the features, I just had to share a photo with you all. I am nanny to a little 3 year old girl. (If you are a fan on Facebook, you have probably heard funny things about her already.) On Thursday her momma had a little boy and I took the 3 year old to the hospital on Friday to see her mom, dad and baby brother. This photo is just so sweet that I had to share it. And come September when momma goes back to work, I will be watching both of them full time! So exciting!

Our most clicked link from last week is from Delora Now.
While I am still very much attracted to my young and handsome hubby, I do know that age, weight, poor hygiene and other health problems could certainly put a damper on your desire for your man.
I love the points she brings out in this post as far as approaching your husband about these issues.
You can read her full post here: When You Are No Longer Attracted to Your Husband.

This next feature generated a lot of interest as well.
Now, I am going to have to be perfectly honest and state that I have very little patience with tantrums.
When my brothers were little, the second a tantrum started they were taken to a quiet room and told to stay there until they could calm down; then we would talk. I still do this with the 3yr old.
I did find this post very interesting though. And while I am definitely still NOT ok with tantrums, the points that are brought out in this post make a lot of sense and have helped me to understand a little better why they happen.

Now on to Living Proverbs 31!
Such sweet children. That is wonderful to be taking care of these children. Thanks so much for the linkup today!! I hope your week turns out just great!!
Hey thanks for featuring my tantrums post! 🙂
It sounds like we handle them in about the same way. I’m not “okay” with them in the sense that I just let him have his way during the fits, I’m just learning to keep my cool by trying to understand it from his point of view. Tantrums are not “okay” but I understand them, and want to help him through them instead of just “making him stop” if that makes sense 🙂
anyways! I thanks for hosting and thanks for the feature <3
Adorable photo of the kiddos that you nanny!!! <3 so sweet!
That definitely makes sense. Being able to keep your cool by understanding how they feel. I think that could go for a lot of different circumstances for that matter. 🙂
Such a precious photo! How fun to be able to watch a baby! When my kids were little I was able to watch several of my great-nephews when they were first born (not all at once, lol!) and it was fun to have a baby in the house again! Thanks for hosting today.
Thanks for hosting us again Kendra, do have a super blessed week!
Love
